모집 포지션
1. 데이터 분석
- Candidate will be a part of Strategic Product Design team and collaborate with Project Managers, Data Analysts, and UX/UI esigners. As a SAAS Specialist, Candidate will play a role in our Refully business, Amazon reimbursement service SAAS, by ensuring accurate client data collection, analyzing reimbursement operations, and providing client support.
- Conduct daily data reviews, identify discrepancies, and report issues to supervisors.
- Support data analysis for new module development.
- Collect and process reimbursement-related documents from clients.
- Organize client, expense, and sales data efficiently.
- Send weekly/biweekly follow-up emails to clients to provide updates on reimbursement statuses.
- Respond to client inquiries and address any questions or concerns promptly.
2. 사무행정
- Spigens Administrative Assistant will handle a wide variety of corporate matters through reviewing documents, collecting and organizing information, assisting or managing corporate projects, etc
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Reviews and maintains written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
- Collects and researches various information related to business from inside and outside, and prepares reports
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Helps implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
3. E-Commerce
-Should be able to execute tasks assigned without error and by the due date. Knowledgeable about how to sell on Amazon and other selling platforms and be able to identify and resolve issues with supervision. Be able to cover the majority of operational tasks and prepare to be a team member who contributes outside of the training given to them.
- Perform entry-level administrative support to the data entry function with high volumes of work
- Monitor and manage orders, stocks, inventory, listings, sales activity, cases, etc. and perform analysis
- Keep daily logs/sheets/documents up-to-date
- Review and manage customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to update contents and request images
- Run advertising campaigns and manage budget including managing coupons and promotions
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to e-commerce operations
- Detail page optimization
- Responsible for SEO activities
- Other duties as assigned
3. 세일즈팀
- Spigens Account Operations Associate, under the supervision of account operations manager, will provide operational and administrative support to the department, ensuring impeccable, all-around customer service. An ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have strong knowledge of customer service and best practices. This position will collaborate and communicate with customers within and outside the department in order to provide excellent sales support.
- Process sales orders as well as data entry and other relevant administrative tasks
- Analyze inventory and pricing for orders and invoices for data accuracy and integrity
- Provide clerical support for the department and maintain records
- Meet and exceed sales targets and identify deviations
- Other related duties as assigned
급여
- 시간당 22불
: 시간당 24불까지 인상 가능
