[Role Summary]

KREDO Holdings is an investment company specializing in the energy transition sector, including Korea’s offshore wind power development, large-scale solar power projects, and other businesses reducing carbon emissions. In july 2021, BlackRock’s fund became the sole shareholder of KREDO Holdings. This internship will provide an opportunity to acquire skills necessary for the overall financial and infrastructure markets and related deal processes. 

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Conduct industry and market research to support the development of investment strategies or identify transaction opportunities

2. Support preparation of reporting materials (Korean/English)

3. Support team general business, including research and data analyses, document archiving, deal structuring, financial modeling, etc. to improve team efficiency

[Qualification]

1. Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent is preferred

2. Previous experience in investment banking, equity research, or consulting is preferred

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English are preferred

4. Excellent knowledge of OA (MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) is preferred

5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

6. Able to work in Korea for at least 3 months

[업무내용]

KREDO Holdings는 개발, 건설 및 운영 단계에 있는 다수의 해상풍력 및 태양광 사업 등 다양한 신재생에너지 사업과 관련한 활동일체 및 자문서비스 제공, 지분투자를 목적으로 하는 독립적인 인프라 전문 투자회사입니다.

2021년 7월 BlackRock이 운용하는 펀드의 자회사가 되어 개발사업 진행 및 운영자산에 대한 투자를 실행하고 있습니다.

본 인턴십은 국내외 금융시장 및 인프라 시장 전반 및 관련 Deal Process에 필요한 Skill을 습득할 수 있는 기회가 제공될 것입니다.

[주요 담당업무]

1. 프로젝트 업무 관련 리서치 및 자료 정리

2. 데이터 수집/분석, 실사, 밸류에이션 모델 및 보고서 작업 보조

3. PowerPoint, Excel등을 활용한 산출물 작성 지원

[자격요건]

1. 계약 기간 동안 Full-time 근무 가능한 4년제 대학의 2학년 이상 재학생 및 휴학생 (기졸업자 가능, 대학원생 가능)

2. IB, Equity Research, Consulting 인턴 유경험자 우대

3. 영어 및 한국어 능통자 우대

4. MS Office(PPT, Excel) 능숙

5. 뛰어난 분석력을 갖춘 자

6. 한국 근무 시 결격 사유가 없는 자
