■ 사무보조(Office Assistant & receptionist)     - Greet, direct visitors appropriately & notify relevant employees when they arrive     - Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly     - Coordinate with 3rd Party vendor for any IT related issues     - Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs     - Maintain visitor, employee, and department directories and logs     - Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges     - Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations     - Arrange meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for CEO     - Coordinate meeting room reservation     - Sign for deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly     - Ensure a safe and clean work environment

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - 신입(졸업예정자) 우대

- 연봉 약 5,200만원 이상 ($19/hrs or up, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)

- 월~금 09:00~18:00 근무
