모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Retail Operations Intern 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간 : Typical hours are 10-7, 9-6 or 10-8 depending on the day / business need. 

◾ 주급: $16.2 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $33,696 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능 )

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 

• Paid Leave - Accrue 1 hour of leave for every 35 hours worked (up to 40 hours after 30 days)
• Paid Sick Leave - Accrue 1 hour of sick leave for every 35 hours worked (up to 40 hours after 30 days)
• Housing - Optional company housing is available in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood (rates depend on room size and occupancy). However, interns are responsible for ensuring they arrive at work on time, so finding separate accommodations closer to the workplace may be more convenient.
• Transportation - Interns are encouraged to have their own transportation, but a CTA card (public transport) will be provided for the first month
• SIM Card - A Mint Mobile SIM card will be provided for the first month

Job Description

• Retail Operations Department overseas multiple aspects of the job including store oversight, logistics, marketing, quality control. Interns will participate in the following responsibilities and duties including but not limited to:
  • Assess, assist, and evaluate stores and help increase their performance.
  • Provide the company with reports on store needs and performance.
  • Communicating management directives to store teams
  • Seek to gain comprehensive understanding of store operations
  • Interact with vendors, managers, staff, and customers
  • Learn trends and target audience to drive sales
  • Learn how to ensure operations are at their optimal level
  • Use tools such as computer, internet based programs, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), phone
  • Attend in-person meetings as needed

• We are looking for interns for our main office who will travel to different locations, and interns who will work in our Wheeling warehouse.
