Design training content to enhance understanding of the company's business and products.
Conduct on-boarding training for new sales employees.
Plan and operate learning programs to maximize domestic and global sales performance and enhance employee capabilities.
Develop and execute learning modules to improve effectiveness across various training environments(on-site, untact, hybrid).
Extract learning content and support capability enhancement through Success Case analysis and identification of employee needs.
Develop necessary training based on sales strategies and deliver it to target employees.
Analyze sales performance indicators to measure the applicability of training in the field and the effectiveness of learning, and improve the programs accordingly.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
A proficient level of English sufficient to conduct training sessions.
Less than 5 years of experience in sales training. (Entry-level candidates are eligible)
Proven experience in planning and conducting training programs in both in-person and virtual environments.
Ability to coach and motivate team members to maximize their performance in a results-driven sales environment.
Additional strengths:
Experience in IT or SaaS solution sales or sales training.
Background in the trade or agri-food industry.
