This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers, analyzing market trends, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for Korean food products. The role involves managing procurement by placing weekly orders for local inventory across online, retail, and East Coast operations. In sourcing, the focus is on identifying new and trending products from Korean and local suppliers, conducting product sampling, and distributing reports to relevant teams. Pricing is set for new products based on market trends, while pricing for discontinued or underperforming items is adjusted in collaboration with retail and online teams. Inventory management includes overseeing purchase orders, updating stock levels in Box Hero, and preparing East Coast shipment schedules. Quality control ensures product quality and proper labeling, including resolving issues like shelf-life and barcode discrepancies. Reporting involves preparing monthly sales and inventory reports, along with coordinating for trade shows and market research. 급여 및 혜택
