인턴 (0명) | 글로벌 SCM 혁신가인 CJ대한통운 미주지사입니다. 미국 내 80개 이상의 물류창고 및 Brunch를 운영 중에 있습니다. 5개의 허브를 통해 물류/유통하고 있습니다. 현재 채용중인 지점은 뉴저지 지점입니다 담당업무 Position Overview: The Logistics Coordinator - IPS is responsible for the coordinator of export shipments. As well, this role assists with document preparation, bookings, customs clearance, and managing and updating shipments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor Customer Emails and call queues to ensure timely, professional, and courteous responses ∙ Create and provide solutions to Expedited Customers for International shipments via Air - Ensure solutions are delivered timely, ensuring the best possible transit times utilizing previous experience, creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a passion for the customer experience - Enter all shipments and related information into the TMS as required on time - Route shipments, prepare documentation and book shipments with air and ground providers as required - Execute problem resolution during the transit of all shipments - Ensure any delays or issues are accurately communicated to the customer on time - Evaluate rates from vendors and carriers to ensure they are competitive and market-based - Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of shipments with shippers, consignees, and local customers - Coordinate with airlines, carriers, agents, and brokers to secure scheduling, rates, and service commitments - Instruct agents & airlines to ensure all shipments are transported smoothly, and in compliance with regulations - Monitor/update all shipment milestones and statuses in the TMS, entering full & complete notes as required - Ensure TSA compliance throughout the lifecycle of all shipments - Enter fail types and failure event notes as necessary - Organize and manage multiple priorities and task simultaneously - Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed - Additional duties as assigned 채용형태 - 인턴 12개월 우대조건 -Ability to make quick and reasonable decisions in the best interest of the company and customer -Only Hire Male Candidates (남성지원자만 채용합니다) 급여 및 혜택 연봉 : $18.5/hrs (한화 약 5,500만원 내외, 환율에 따라 상이)
