- 채용타이틀 : Data Analyst -SaaS ■ 업무내용 - 아마존 보상 서비스(SaaS)에 참여하고 고객 DB수집 및 보상 운영 분석 - 고객지원 Candidate will be a part of Strategic Product Design team and collaborate with Project Managers, Data Analysts, and UX/UI Designers. As a SAAS Specialist, Candidate will play a role in our Refully business, Amazon reimbursement service SAAS, by ensuring accurate client data collection, analyzing reimbursement operations, and providing client support.  - Conduct daily data reviews, identify discrepancies, and report issues to supervisors.

 - Support data analysis for new module development. 

- Collect and process reimbursement-related documents from clients.

 - Organize client, expense, and sales data efficiently.

- Send weekly/biweekly follow-up email to clients to provide updates on reimbursement statuses.

 - Respond to client inquiries and address any questions or concerns promptly.

- 인턴 12개월

- Bilingual (Korean / English)

 - Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, or related software

 - Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask

 - Excellent statistical and analytical skills

 - Ability to work under pressure

 - Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Position Detail

 - This position requires work onsite.

 - TOEIC score of 650+ 우대

급여 및 혜택

연봉 : $22~$24/hrs (한화 약 6,400만원~7,000만원 내외, 환율에 따라 상이)
