● 채용부문 : IT Support Intern 1. PC Setup & Maintenance: Set up Windows accounts, assemble monitors, manage LAN cables, back up data, and handle departing employees’ PCs (e.g., removing laptop hard drives). 2. IT Asset Procurement & Distribution: Research pricing, request purchase orders, process invoices with accounting and vendors, deploy, and install IT equipment. 3. Technical Troubleshooting: Provide basic tech support for software errors, internet speed issues, and general IT inquiries. 4. Basic IT Support: Perform password resets, update insurance agent and agency information, and manage other IT-related requests. 5. IVR System Updates: Modify IVR announcements, update accounts, and replace IVR devices. 6. IT Asset Management (ITAM): Register, update, and decommission IT assets. 7. Ticketing System Maintenance: Manage IT ticketing platforms, modify processes, and implement automation improvements. 8. Cable & Network Equipment Management: Work with cable providers, manage network devices, and maintain SAS workstations. 9. Virtual PC & Monitoring: Create and manage virtual desktops and coordinate with vendors on support tickets. 10. Network & External Coordination: Oversee network equipment, liaise with external vendors, manage email requests, and process support tickets.

연봉 :  $20/hrs (한화 약 6,000만원 내외, 환율에 따라 상이)

• 휴가 5일(6개월 근무이후), Sick Leave 10일, 휴일 12일(플로팅 4일 포함)
