USA is the U.S. branch of Woowon System Korea, a leader in manufacturing advanced automated equipment, including Stacking and Notching machines for electric vehicle (EV) batteries. Established in March 2020, Woowon USA is a 100% subsidiary of Woowon Korea Ltd., with operations in Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Woowon also has branches in Hungary and China.

모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Project Manager

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간 : 주 40시간

◾ 급여 :  $20 / an hour

◾  연봉: $41,600 / 주 40시간 근무시간 초과시 오버타임 수당 1.5배(본인 연봉의 시급 환산 기준)

◾ 급여 외보상 : 건강보험 제공, 유급 휴가, 하우징 제공, 차량 제공 

직무안내

The Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to achieve project success. This role also involves supporting customers in production lines and assisting Woowon’s engineering team leaders on-site to maximize performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage project resources and timelines to meet goals.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Provide on-site support for production lines and collaborate with engineering team leaders.
• Ensure the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience is required; a positive, proactive mindset is essential.  
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English (intermediate or higher).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude with a “can-do” approach
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
