◾ 채용부문 : 마케팅 인턴

◾ 근무시간 : 09:00 A.M ~ 18:00 P.M (1hour lunch)

◾ 급여 : $20 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 점심제공, 근무 우수자의 경우 취업비자 스폰 가능

◾ 담당업무: 마케팅 및 이벤트 기획, 디지털 마케팅, 소셜미디어 마케팅, 이벤트 기획 및 진행 

Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, this position will be handling day-to-day operations and execution of on-property marketing initiatives. This position will work to develop key marketing initiatives and the overall strategy for The Source OC.

Job Duties

• Manage marketing materials, printed collateral and digital & social media assets, working alongside marketing director and key stakeholders to determine content and execution for each initiative

• Develop project plans, and manage day-to-day development and coordination with cross-functional teams

• Create and execute project plans, including deadlines, budget, status updates, approvals, and final delivery

• Assist advertising sales, operations and the creation of sales materials

• Assist the creation and development of special events and manage the execution of special events and holiday promotions

• Attend on-site events, as well as local community events as the face and representative of The Source and MD Properties

• Assist with media relations events, public relations requests, photo shoots, and photography requests, as needed
