모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Logistics(Freight Forwarder) 

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간: 주 40시간 (8 A.M. to 5 P.M)

◾ 급여: $40,000 / Year

◾ 급여 외 보상 : Group Medical Insurance 이용 가능 (자부담 30% 회사부담 70%) - 연간 PTO 18일 / 공휴일 8일 -Re-location 지원금 $2,000 지원, Gym Membership $50 / month 지원 -연간 성과에 따른 성과금 지급 -취업비자 & 영주권 스폰서 가능 

Job Description

1. Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods by air, sea, and land, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
3. Liaise with carriers, shippers, and consignees to arrange transportation, negotiate freight rates, and resolve any logistical issues.
4. Monitor the movement of shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse staff and supply chain managers, to optimize operations.

Qualification
1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. Ability to oversee and optimize internal workflows to improve operational efficiency.
4. Proficient in using logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
