Bookkeeping: Responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining and documenting financial activities, collecting and entering financial data like incoming and outgoing payments. 2. Accounts receivable: Managing the entire invoicing process, from creation to distribution, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitoring and collecting customer payments, applying payments to the correct accounts and reviewing accounts regularly for late or missing payments. Maintaining open and effective communication with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. 3. Accounts payable: Keeping track of what the organization owes to vendors and ensuring payments are made on time and accurately. Maintaining detailed records of outstanding payables and financial documents. 4. Payroll: Preparing and distributing employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Ensuring compliance with various labor laws, tax regulations, and other employment-related rules and regulations. 5. HR admin: Handling administrative tasks related to HR functions. Creating, updating, and verifying employment records for all employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 6. Office admin: Managing day-to-day operations, organizing documents, and managing office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking. 7. Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations. Communicating with vendors, customers and internal teams effectively. 8. Continuous Improvement: Improving work knowledge and implementing best practices.
