뉴저지에 본사를 20년 전통의 카드 결제 전문 회사로서 미 전역에 있는 고객에게 신용카드 및 비현금 결제 서비스 제공하고 있습니다. 그 외에도 자회사를 통한 POS 시스템, 휴대폰을 통한 모바일 결제 시스템 등 고객이 필요한 모든 제품과 서비스들을 제공하여 최적의 환경에서 비지니스를 할 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.

[모집안내]

• 채용 부문: Tech Support / POS Data Management

• 근무 시간: 주 40시간(Mon - Fri)

• 급여: $17 per hour

[Job Distription]

# Tech Support

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

• Conduct terminal troubleshooting sessions with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records and service logs.

• Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future reference.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette in all interactions.

# POS Data Management

• Set up and configure initial data entries, menu, and options for POS systems, including installations on both Windows and Android platforms.

• Collaborate with POS support members for initial setup and troubleshooting, following up 

• Address and resolve any issues related to data management for POS systems.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure productivity and efficiency.

[자격요건]
• 대학교 3학년 이상의 재학생 및 졸업하신 분

• 컴퓨터 공학과 전공자 및 소프트웨어 관련 학과, IT관련학과 전공하신 분

▶본 채용공고는 J1비자로 취업이 진행되며, 근무 기간은 비자 규정과 개인의 상황에 따라 12개월 또는 18개월로 진행됩니다.
