Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with consumer penetration, market potential, market share, profitability and competition

Support on execution of new product launches and creating market assets; Support on execution of marketing campaign with developed communication plans

Analyze sales result on regular basis; Engage with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Finance, SCM, Trade Marketing, external agencies, etc.)

Operate monthly budget spending tasks

Other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Beauty Retail business
