- Organized and leaded a new volunteer team, as well in charge of recruiting new members
- Searched for and built contract with a secondary school we want to volunteer for, and cooperating with Teacher’s Training Support Center for administrative problems.

- Planning and running projects that suggest sustainable business model to solve social issue of other countries with basic knowledge in business strategies.
- Vice President: Planned and conducted “Learning English in Library” support project in Xian, China, and “Vision in Vina–Teaching Korean Volunteering program of Vietnamese university students in Korean major” project in Ho chi minh City, Vietnam as a staff member.
- Marketing Department: Designed new brochure and posters of the organization, managing online channels for promoting the organization and informing inner members and alumni with current works and events (Facebook and Homepage), and directed recruitment process from promoting the organization to selection process (Resume and interview).

Organizer of Orientation Camp 2015, Representative Director Department of Education Winter 2014/15
- Participated in designing general plans of 2N3D orientation camp, hosting 1 afternoon program and 1 night show of the camp for more than 600 students in college.
- Informed freshmen of the department with every information of student activities, campus life, registering processes and helped them to get along with other friends and seniors of the department.
- Leaded all members of my department before and during the camp.
