공급망 관리 리드(Supply Lead)는 증가하는 이용자층의 수요 충족을 위해 충분한 공급을 관리하는 역할을 담당합니다. 이는 전동킥보드를 포함한 창고, 이동 차량, 사무실 공간, 충전소 및 그 외 모든 백엔드 로지스틱스를 안전하고 효율적으로 운영하는 업무를 포함합니다.

What you do:

Setting up and Maintaining Infrastructure and Systems

Set up and manage scalable warehouse and workshop facilities in new and existing markets

Develop and install efficient systems for “just-in-time” ordering, storage and usage of all scooter spare parts and related equipment

Develop and communicate best practices in repair methods for all models of scooters that we deploy

Ensure all premises are set up to a high standard of Workplace Health & Safety, including leading WH&S inspections, ensuring WH&S policies and procedures are up-to-date, communicated, enacted and followed at all times

Accurately manage all budgetary responsibilities connected with these activities - reporting to business heads in a clear, consistent and reliable manner

Constantly seek opportunities to maximise efficiencies in infrastructure and operational commitments

Lead the recruitment and management of additional supply-side personnel

Maximise rideable and deployable scooters for every local operation

Coordinate and manage all scooter supply, delivery, storage, charging, repair and replacement activities, ensuring maximum efficiency of all physical requirements connected with supply and maintenance of scooters

Work with local operations leads to establish optimal volumes/velocity for these processes, and set clear targets based on the deployment needs of the various operating areas

Collect, manage, interpret and act on data concerning the efficiency of all relevant operations - identify drag points and create appropriate strategies for optimisation

Identify any serious issues with our scooter hardware relating to repairs or rideability, and escalate those to national and regional management immediately

Requirements:

Experience managing physical supply or supply-chain logistics across multiple geographies

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - from employees to warehouse landlords, local government officials and other internal and external stakeholders

The ability to analyse data, form recommendations based on data, and deliver strategies based on a sound understanding of that data

The ability to take decisive but calculated actions in a fast-moving environment, and to take ownership of multiple operational deliverables in a number of cities and countries

Experience in creating, managing and reporting budgets in a consistent, accurate and dependable manner

An entrepreneurial spirit - enthusiasm for start-up life, and an ability to adapt and grow within a rapidly changing professional ecosystem

Ability and willingness to travel - enthusiasm for meeting, understanding and collaborating with people from a myriad of cultures and countries
