The Role
Responsible for supporting HR core operations in Korea, including Compensation & Benefits, , People Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and other HR Service & Delivery and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
•Payroll administration
•Coordinate and keep track of monthly Group Insurance and medical check-up list
•Compile monthly headcount report & update org. chart & Monthly PTO accruals and validations
People Development and Engagement
•Support HR Partner in executing internal talent pipeline with increased internal successions
•Support HR Partner on performance review cycles and related administrative tasks
•Coordinate employee engagement and recognition events
•Support and coordinate new joiners on-boarding and orientation
Employee Relations
•Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies (eg. Employee handbook, Rule of Employment, Policy & Procedure, etc.)
•Support HR Partner with HR operations in resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective process management
•Support in organizing Labor Management Council and HR Disciplinary Council
•Identify workplace trends, themes and workforce attributes and propose solutions, programs, policies, etc.
HR Operations and Administrative Tasks: Documentation and data management for smooth HR Operations
•Maintain Employee Folders and documents (Inform and file new hired and terminated employees’ documents)
•Prepare and issue employment related documents
•Probation period follow-up and documentation
•Manage Workday (HR management system) and Kronos (Leave Management system)
•Prepare government related HR reporting
Requirements
•3-5 years of HR Operations related work experience preferred
•Good interpersonal and communication skill
•Good MS office skill
•Fluency in Korean and English
