The Role
Based in our Seoul office, we’re looking for a highly-motivated Marketing Specialist to take part in our overall marketing efforts across brand (HotelsCombined and KAYAK). You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets. As a marketing specialist, you should be competent to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. Ideally, you should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics. The main responsibilities of this role include:
Responsibilities
Manage Digital & Social media marketing with day-to-day activities.
Assist in planning and executing initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels
(Digital, Social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
Formulate strategies to build a lasting connection with consumers, most importantly our members
Plan and monitor the on-going company presence in social media. (Naver Blog/Post, Instagram, FB etc.)
Analyze marketing data and metrics (clicks, impression, conversion, etc) to develop engaging campaigns and strategies to maximize results
Develop creative ideas for content marketing and engagement program.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
Keep track of trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and partners.
Requirement
2~4 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing, media or advertising
Excellent understanding of marketing communication concepts and best practices
Working knowledge of ad execution and analysis
Skills and experience in creative content development
Analytical/Editorial mindset and critical thinking
Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize and meet timelines in concurrent projects
Excellent internal/external communication and interpersonal skills
Business-fluent in both written and verbal English
