모집안내

◾ 채용법인 : San Francisco 법인, Atlanta 법인

◾ 채용부문 : Air/Ocean Export Operation

◾ 근무시작일 : ASAP(6월말~7월초)

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 

◾ 근무시간: MON-FRI, 09:00 ~ 18:00 (1HR Lunch)

◾ 급여: $16.50 / an hour

◾ 연 환산급여: 약 $34,320 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능) 

◾ 급여 외 보상 : 점심식비지원 $200/월, 추가근무시 overtime pay 지급

Job Description

This position is responsible to quote clients and overseas agents in a timely and accurate manner. This position is also responsible for communicating and establishing excellent relationships with air carriers, overseas agents and co-workers to ensure the best possible and most competitive rates while ensuring operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Obtain shipment documents from supervisors and clients and compare them with exported shipments

•  Track and trace shipments according to specified protocols and ensure that any missing shipments are flagged with high alerts

•  Perform data entry activities in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure that the export database is kept updated

•  Arrange booking to ocean carrier and submit the shipping    instruction to ocean carriers

•  Arrange the trucking with trucker

•  Prepare paperwork & pre-alert and send it to overseas agent and customer
