Monitor CKD delivery

Check the inventory daily, weekly.

MAJOR FUNCTION: 

Manages the safety system for 52 Projection Welding Machines.

When installing a new projection facility, you are responsible for its new installation.

Responsible for software update of all projection equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Daily check the safety system for all facilities including 52 units or additional facilities and report the results to Sr.Manager.

Report to Sr.Manager for all possible problems with equipment.

Install/maintain the safety system for newly installed facilities.

Responsible for maintenance of safety functions of all Projection facilities.

Responsible for updating the safety function of the Projection facility and maintaining the software.

Manage parts related to the safety of equipment and secure spare parts.

All other support activities outlined by production manager or plant manager. 

Bachelors degree or 1 years of manufacturing experience

Experience in supervising large group members.

Able to update software

Leadership during stressful, work-pressure period. 

Accountable to the specialists and managers for status of all activities.

Advises, consults, and coordinates with:

Production Team Leader

New or current Production Team Member

MAJOR FUNCTION: 

Planning and developing the object goal

Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project

Ensure satisfaction with customers

Performance evaluation of the project

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Manage Bill of Material list for development and mass production status vehicles

Coordinate the optimize timing for the production for development stage vehicle by communicate with other departments

Manager other departments to estimate approximate timing for EO implementation

Follow up the development status of development stage vehicle

Compare different OEM part and benchmarking parts 

Calculate for material costs, labor costs and expenses

Determine and evaluate how to improve LP parts for T/O and make improvement plan for parts

Strong verbal and writing skills

Fluent level of English and Korean

Ability to multitask successfully

At least four years of degree at college (Engineering fields are preferred)

Strong leadership skills

Proven self-management and team-management skills

Ability to monitor and control project budgets

Capability to make decisions under pressure

Close relationship with Production, QC, Sales, Accounting and Purchasing
