- The Brand Partnerships & Content Team comprises digital marketing experts who bridge brands and consumers through social media and the influencer ecosystem. - By leveraging global perspectives and insights, we craft creator-driven content strategies that fuel brand growth worldwide, positioning BorderX as a leader in digital marketing. - In an era where brand partnerships and creator content are pivotal for business growth, we are looking for team members eager to challenge themselves and expand their expertise alongside colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Application → Screening → 1st Interview → 2nd Interview → Compensation Negotiation → Onboarding - The 1st and 2nd interview will be conducted in-person. - Depending on the situation, additional virtual interview and a case study (assignment) may be conducted.
1. Brand Analysis & Content Strategy
- Research and analyze brand insights and current trends to build content strategies, identifying the most suitable partners, platforms, content styles, messaging, and more. - Facilitate impactful collaborations between brands and influencers.
2. Partnership Development & Management
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with MCNs, influencers, and celebrities, creating a robust content creation network. - Align partnerships with brand objectives, maximizing engagement and collaboration value through close partnership.
3. Brand Management
- Foster trust with brands by providing strategic, flexible solutions that support their growth.
- Develop and present strategic materials and content plans that drive results aligned with brand goals.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Collaborate with production partners and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. - Manage quality, schedules, budgets, and negotiations, leading cross-functional efforts to achieve brand objectives.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Set, monitor, and analyze content performance metrics to generate actionable insights. - Enhance and optimize strategies based on insights and industry trends.
[Must-Haves]
- A degree or pending graduation in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. - Experience in digital marketing or collaboration with influencers and creators. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. - Proficiency in business-level English communication. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
[Good-to-Haves]
- Experience working at a digital marketing agency. - Experience collaborating with MCNs, influencer agencies, or celebrity networks. - Proven ability in researching brand insights and industry trends and formulating strategies. - Passion for new experiences and growth within a global team environment. - Proficiency in business-level Korean and English communication.
