모집안내 

◾ 채용부문 : Operation Associate, Warranty Service Specialist

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상

◾ 근무시간: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

◾  급여: $20-22 /an hour (Negotiable depending on experience)

◾  연 환산급여 : 약 $41,600-45,760/ a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾  급여 외 보상 : Paid Vacation, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 제공 (After porbation period)

Operation Associate

Operation Associate ensures that shipments arrive at their destinations on time and within budget. They coordinate incoming shipments, oversee the packaging of outgoing shipments, and negotiate transportation costs with carriers.


•Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers.

•Solving problems with discrepancies in shipping costs.

•Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.

•Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders.

•Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.

•Managing and listing the manual of the shipping work process.

•Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers.

•Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.

•Answering the phone from the shipping company and customers for scheduling.

•Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.

•Evaluating carrier performance and resolving issues with orders and logistics.

•Complying to shipping industry regulations and company policies.

•Other day-to-day tasks assigned by the managers.


Job Requirements

•Fluent in English and Korean

•Solid experience in the shipping industry. (Not Necessary)

•Proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft programs.

•In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.

•Extensive budgeting and reporting experience.

•Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.

•Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Warranty Service Specialist We are looking for a Warranty Service Specialist to assist the service manager. You will apply your multitasking skills by listening and speaking to customers, navigating computers, and typing call documentation related to our warranty service simultaneously. You will have the ability to swiftly gain customer confidence and trust.


• Uploading warranty service invoices into the system.

• Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email warranty inquiries.

• Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.

• Identifying customer needs related to warranty service.

• Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

• Contacting service companies and customers to obtain and update the progress of warranty service.

• Providing outstanding customer service.

• Updating customer information as required.

• Maintaining confidentiality of information.

• Performing other duties as the need arises.


Job Requirements

• Proficient computer skills.

• Experience with CRM preferred.

• Proficient with MS Office suites.

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Bilingual English/Korean
