▶ 채용 부문: Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator 물류포워딩 인턴 

▶ 근무 시간: 주 40시간 (Mon - Fri)

▶ 급여: $18.5 per hour 

[Job Distription]

- Sign driver in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork

- Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads

- Maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory

- Process Bills of Lading and associated shipping and receiving documents,

- Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity

- Coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard lockey

- Provide a strong level of custorer garvice to internal and externe customers

- Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schodules

- Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals

- Report errors and/ or issues to approprite member of eadership to engure accuracy

- Participate in all training programs provided

- Performs all duties in a safe and timely manner

▶ 대학교 3학년 이상의 재학생 및 졸업하신 분

▶ 상경계열 및 국제통상, 물류, 무역 학과 전공자

▶ 본 채용의 전 과정(지원~비자발급)은 미국인턴 전문 에이전시인 (주)GHR이 진행하며, 파견직이 아닌 해당기업 소속으로 근무합니다. 

▶ 본 채용공고는 J1비자로 취업이 진행되며, 근무기간은 비자규정과 개인의 상황에 따라 12개월 또는 18개월로 진행됩니다.

▶ J1비자를 신청하기 위해서 비자발급 비용이 발생하며, 발생하는 비용은 지원자가 부담합니다

▶ 비자발급 비용 : $4,320(12개월) / $4,920(18개월)

    - 포함 : DS 서류 작성 및 발급, SEVIS, 의료보험

    - 불포함(개인부담) : 대사관 인터뷰 예약비용 ($185)
