Planning Associate (데이터 분석) The Corporate Planning Associate plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including sales, production and accounting. This position is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and developing strategies. recommendations that support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to improve company-wide decision-making through data insights and strategic planning.   - Collect, analyze, and interpret data overall company data.   

  - Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.   - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability.   - Evaluate marketing performance, pricing strategies, and customer insights to support business growth.   - Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.   - Develop presentations and reports for top management leadership, summarizing key insights and strategic r ecommendations.

 - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Equivalent Preferre  - Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or food industry setting.  - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint  - Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required  - 0-3 years’ experience in the similar field preferred  - 영어회화 능력 상급 이상 지원 가능 (영어회화 능력을 중요시 하는 기업입니다.)
