Today, COP has conducted two main themes, which are 'a virtuous cycle of
feminine values and management' and 'a fundamental effort on the part of organizational culture to lead agile adaptability and flexibility'.
In the first article, we talked about why women executives are having difficulties in terms of social perceptions,
competence differences, and lack of institutions, and in the second article we discuss how carat's organizational culture is shaped.
The COP meeting always have a great discussion time and it was so meaningful time today with your active participation.
오늘 COP는 여성적 가치와 경영의 선순환 방법과 민첩한 적응력과 유연함을 이끌기 위한
